How do I use my Magic Light Wand?
PARTS | Carefully remove 4 parts to assemble and keep packaging for safe storage.

- Star Top
- Wall Receiver
STAR TOP | Insert Star Top into top of wand handle and twist to lock position.
BATTERIES | Insert 2AA premium alkaline batteries (not included) such as Duracell or Energizer into the wand handle. Remove the ‘safety screw’ and screw the wand base into place. Star LED will blink once when batteries are properly installed. Secure the base using a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten the ‘safety screw’ into place.
RECEIVER & LIGHTS | Plug your decorative lights into the bottom of the receiver. Then, plug the wall receiver into a standard 125-volt grounded AC electrical outlet. The receiver logo on front of the receiver will illuminate. Make sure your device does not exceed the voltage limit (1000 watts) and frequency ratings (125VAC/60Hz/8A).
A-B-C FREQUENCY SETTING | Each wand and receiver have three frequency settings (A-B-C). Please observe the switches located on the wand handle and top of the receiver. Wand and receiver must be set to the same frequency to function properly.
ON/OFF | To turn your lights on, press the "ON" button on the wand. The LED light in the star will blink numerous times accompanied by chimes. To turn lights off, press the "OFF" button on the wand. The star light will again blink and chime will sound.
What light modes can I use with the Magic Light Wand?
- ON/OFF - Default mode.
- FADE ON/OFF - Hold ON button 3 seconds. Star blinks once. Lights will fade on when turning on, and fade off when turning off.
- CONTINUOUS FADE - Hold both ON/OFF buttons 3 seconds. Star blinks twice. Lights will continuously fade on, then fade off, and repeat.
- BLINK - Hold OFF button for 3 seconds. Star blinks three times. Lights will continuously blink 5 times and repeat.
Return to default setting by exiting current mode with the same procedure.
NOTE: Our system works best with incandescent and dimmable LED light sets. Our system may not work with some LED light sets, other remote control lights sets, or programmable lights. Light Mode Functions may not work with certain lights sets or non-dimmable lights.
Can I use multiple receivers in my home?
Yes. All Wands & Receivers are designed to be used as a home system allowing multiple units to be paired simultaneously to turn on all your decorative lights at once. Or, set your receivers to different frequencies (A, B, or C) to turn lights on one at a time.
Do you sell multiple receivers?
Not at the moment. You’ll need to purchase an extra unit to pair them up. Buying additional units will provide added convenience by placing wands in different areas of the house.
Can I plug a power strip into the Receiver?
Yes. Our Wand/Receiver units operate as an on/off switch and are UL or ETL tested and certified. Our receivers can be used for most decorative holiday lights, power strips, and low voltage devices with capacity up to 1000 watts. Works well with most incandescent lights. It may not work with all LED Lights.
Can I use the Magic Light Wand for outside lights?
Our new receivers are rated for indoors use only.
Why are my lights turning on and off automatically?
Most likely, you have a neighbor on the same frequency, and you should switch to a different frequency. If this is not the issue, then it could be a faulty receiver or your location has too much radio frequency interference in the area.
What if my wand is working but my receiver is not?
Try using another frequency setting. Or, install fresh new 2AA premium batteries like Duracell or Energizer, as sometimes the wand will appear to work, but may not have enough power to send the signal to the receiver.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We often ship orders the same day they're placed, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
When will my payment be processed?
Your payment will be processed immediately upon order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with all transaction details.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment can be declined for various reasons, such as incorrect card details or insufficient funds. Please double-check your information, or try a different payment method.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor the delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund.
